A few questions about Itachi

Itachi can control the time in his Tsukuyomi and I want to ask that he can control time as he want - for example if he can keep his opponent in Tsukuyomi one week or more, or these three days when he tortured Kakashi was his limit?

The second:
Can Itachi catch somebody to Genjutsu without eye contact?
He did something like that against Orochimaru when they were walking on stairs..​

I think 72 hours is his limit ._. that is long enough already XD But I think the longer the time, the more it drains out of him. After Tsukyomi he wanted to get out of there, and we see his Sharingan deactivate ... Something Itachi rarely does.

1) He can hold him there for as long as he wants (or as long as his own eye can take).
2) He did something strange once (pointing and somehow catching the opponent (Naruto I think?) in genjutsu) and I still can't remember when exactly he or Sasuke looked at each other in the eye during the "genjutsu battle".
So if I am not mistaken eye contact is needed only for Tsukuyomi.

Yes Itachi can control time and 72 hours is the max he can keep the person in the genjutsu world.
And He can cast genjutsu using his fingers as well. He caught Naruto in Gentsu by his finger.

well 72 hours is more than enough.but considering he still had 71 days 23 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds left he could torture opponents for years.do the math XD

EDIT:i meant he had 71 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds left while one second lasted three days.so that`s a lot of time remaining XD

in theory he can torture his opponent for 777600 days in the tsukuyomi world.this is 72 hours in the real world however.i dont think he would be able to stand and torture his opponent for three days in a row without passing out first XD

1. yes, he can control the time but he doesn't make it more than 3 days couz the more the days the more his power go down and he needed enough power to run a way with kisami couz he didn't want to kill anyone
2. no he can't if he can they wouldn't have said don't make an eye contact with a sharingan dude
but as for the day with orochi i think he turned super fast and looked him in the eye

The only way to be immune is to close your senses and be that of an uchiha. Beside that itachi can use genjustu without eye contact, and also keep you in a genjustu until he loses chakra

The other thing is when you go back to Itachi vs Orochimaru Itachi did use his eyes. Orochimaru used the snake, which is a part of him, and Itachi looked it in the eyes. Clever way of catching him in a genjutsu

Nope, Itachi just didn't wanted to kill the tutor of Sasuke or any other good shinobi from Leaf Village, so that Itachi only gave Kakashi 72 hours of continuous pain, he could have had increased the hours had it been someone else not Kakashi.

Ring is given to all Akatsuki members, Itachi painted his nails purple so the Sharingan can reflect on his finger via his painted Nail.

Yes to both. But I think that the time he keeps the genjutsu's activated are all depending on the amount of chakra he puts into the jutsu. Such as 3 days in Tsukuyomi might take up a large portion of chakra, but a week or more might take even more. But he can control the time within Tsukuyomi.

why would it? it doesn't matter.. The thing that takes the chakra is the genjutsu itself, and the genjutsu only lasts one second.... it doesn't take chakra to do things IN the genjutsu, like turn the clouds red etc..

It's the chakra that's inside the victims head that plays with their senses.. he doesn't need to add additional

Nuuuuu. Itachi can use genjutsu with the point of a finger. He just needs you to notice the point. Remember Itachi is a special case. The only genjutsu he really needs to make eye contact with its Tsukuyomi. Tsukuyomi works by shutting off the chakra to the brain allowing for Itachi to manipulate the brain and make the enemy feel pain. Technically all genjutsu works this way .-. but Lord Itachi needs eye contact for Tsukuyomi. Because if you see him point he can activate Ephemeral. Ephemeral is where he uses crows to turn into shurikens. He does this genjutsu for the enemy to fall asleep. This jutsu is effective because it is easy to capture the enemy with a finger point. They simply won't know Itachi could do that. This also spares The Master's eye sight and allows him to One-Shot noobs

(Btw... I'm a huge Itachi supporter. Call me fanboy, I don't care. I stick up for my favorite character but I don't like starting arguments over him. Lifes too short ^_^)
