No, I don't think Sasuke would get the rinnegan. Its very obvious that sage's power could only be unlocked when Indra's chakra is mixed with Ashura's. The sage didn't give him his rinnegan, it could probably be an uchiha/Indra power up.

The sage always spoke about co-operation, which is why he never entrusted Sasuke his rinnegan. He wanted both Indra and Ashura transmigrants to co-operate with each other, if they could pull out the real co-operation then they can beat the Sage i.e, Juubi - Madara.
