kakashi has more experience with the MS than sasuke and is more intelligent. Obito was using kamui minutes after awakening. It's not kakashi's fault if sasuke was slow in mastering his MS techniques

Guessing that Minato and Tobirama will be able to use Hiraishin from the afterlife anytime Naruto is in trouble in the future
