He entered the forest and started shouting and calling for his beloved ones: "Gary! Rose! Ame! Zhein! Lady Eduna! Mister Ignius!...anybody! aw man I can't believe it…"
"I feel lost I can't think of a way to find them" said the plant boy to himself while rubbing his head: "Gah what am I sayin' I made a promise to mom that I'll save her, Gary wanted to do the same so I must not give up!" as he regained some courage…
And so Genji continued to walk in the forest, enigmatically he couldn't talk to the trees as he would do in his world, he finally reached a river, he walked by the blue pure stream with the hope that it leads him to someone…
However in his way he felt a bit bored as his imagination started to work thinking on how their lives would be after Julius' defeat:
The grown up Gary walking hand to hand with Ame who's holding two babies one of the mis human and the other one is pale blue like a sea imp as they pass by Genji who became a farmed and helping his mother in harvesting, Gary waves his hand saluting: "Yo Genji!" he shouted…
Genji dropped the pitch fork and runs to them, as he hugged Gary, the latter reacted saying: "Easy man! I know it've been a while but you shouldn't overdo it…"…
Genji ignored him, as he continued the hug: "Man…stop it you are giving me a bad reputation in front of my wife and children…" said Gary as he suddenly fell unconscious with a nosebleed…
Ame said: "What the…hold it! I know what's going on here…Rose show yourself…"
Emerging from a magical haze cloud: "Aw petite! You still no fun…hmph…" Rose came, she was wearing a pink revealing tight full body suit with her belly shown and purple lipstick:
"Hi guys…whoops it seems that even after all this years pervers stayed pervers" said the fairy while looking toward Gary trying to hold her giggles…
Ame felt fustrated as she tried to cover her babies' eyes: "God! please wear something" as she scolded the fairy…
Rose puts an arm behind her hand and one over her belly saying: "Aw c'mon they're like five months old they won't get anything, beside they just saw their daddy being hugged by his friend… his boyfriend…" with a pervert accent…
"What!? Alright fairy…you asked for it" said the imp girl following it with spitting an orb of water at Rose…
Rose wiped her face as she insulted Ame: "You flat chested sea slug!"…
"Stop it!" Genji shouted…
The two women stopped fighting, and Rose apologized: "Ok sorry… I'll wake your pathetic excuse of a husband" she put her palm on Gary breaking free of the charm…
Genji appraoched Rose slowly blushing: "Uhm… Rose there's something…you know that day…when we…" stuttered the tree boy…
Rose interrupted Genji by slapping his shoulder: "Oh tree boy! Sorry I didn't notice you in the begining...how's your mom?" asked the fairy…
"Well she is…"answered Genji…
"Thank God she's alright then…" said Rose…
"But I want to tell you something…it's I l…." Genji tried to confess his feelings toward Rose…
"First let me tell you something!..." yelled Rose in joy…"look at this" said while showing a golden ring; the ring had "Z" and "R" carved in a heart…
Genji sweated heavily as he started to talk to himself: "Z!…Z!...Z stands for Zhein…!"
"Well it was kinda romantic…now me and Zhein are engaged…"
And so Genji nodded his head as his imagination stopped: "No No No! I can't believe it! that Jerk Zhein! He always stands between me and Rose…"…
Suddenly a voice of a young person crying interrupted Genji's chain of day dreaming, he rushed toward the voice to find a short hooded guy crying by the river, Genji approched him slowly,he asked him: "um kid…are you ok?..."…
The kid stopped crying a bit: "Yeah..I'm…fine"…
"What's wrong kid? Why were you crying?" Genji said naively…
The boy hugged Genji: "Mister!...I'm lost! I don't know how to return home, and big brother told me not to run away but I was a bad boy and ignored him! I'm sorry!"…
Genji patted on the kid's head: "It's okay! I'm lost too here why don't we go togather, I'm looking for my friends as well, they may help you"…
The kid calmed and nodded with his head…
"Now what's your name?" Genji asked…
The boy removed his hood revealing his head: "My name is Genji!" he said, but that wasn't what surprised the tree boy, it was the fact that this kid looks like an identical copy of Genji when he was young, the same bumpy nose, purple skin, the three leaves that make his hair, and even the same round yellow eyes…
The grown Genji was shocked : "You are like me!"…
The younger one smiled: "Wow you are from Yggdrasil! You were a bad boy like me and disobeyed big brother…"..
"Ygg..drasil?" Genji wondered…
"You just look like me then…since you don't know Yggdrasil…" the kid said pulling Genji's hand: "You may help me mister c'mon I'll show you the gate…"…
And so without his will Genji was driven to help his younger copy, as they walked for like an hour until they reached a withered place …
The kid pointed his finger: "There's the gate!...but I couldn't use it after I escaped!"…
Genji approached the gate, it was similiar to the gate that Chirin taught him to create to make a portal from the world of deities to Exoddia…
"I think I can fix that" Genji said…
The kid expressed his surprise: "Wow you are cooler than you seem"…
And so the tree boy examined the wooden pillars of the gate: "Hm mit seems that they haven't been used for a while, however they're sensetive to magia, like my wood magic…boy come here" Genji instructed the kid…
Genji sit in the center of the pillars, and started to meditate, as the gate reacted to his magia and started glowing and branching until the portal is formed under the shape of a rainbow colored ethereal bubble: "Here it's kid… jump!"…
The kid jumped of joy: "Yay!" and pulled Genji with him to the bubble…
The bubble popped up…
And so Genji and his kid self were teleported to "Yggdrasil", at first they seem to be warped to a small floating piece of earth connected with a thick spiral root to a larger land over the clouds…
Walking carfully on the bridge they reached the land where the kid lived, Genji couldn't believe his eyes; Yggdrasil was a whole city made of trees and plants the houses were made of hollowed giant plants, it was like some land he dreamed to see, no more like the image of the world he wanted to live in…
He dropped a tear of joy after he saw the people of this realm, they were like him, people of his kind, the thing that he always wanted is to find his home, were he's not considered a freak…
He started to cry as he looked to the sky: "Mom! I finally found them!…my people are here!"…
The kid pulled his hand: "C'mon I'll show you the town!"…
They walked all day visiting almost everywhere, the strangest thing is that all the habitants of the Yggdrasil are identical to Genji in form and name, it was confusing but he didn't care because his happiness of finding a home was omnious…
The night fell upon Yggdrasil and all the people went to their homes, Genji and the kid were lying on a rooftop watching the starry night, the kid remembered that he didn't ask genji for his name: "Oh! By the way mister…what's your name?"…
Genji giggled and answered with: "Hehe…well believe it or not….my name is Genji…"…
The kid felt annoyed: "Aw that was boring! I mean the name is good but it annoyed me that every one even you has it…"…
"Well do you want another name?" Genji asked…
The kid nodded: "Yes but I couldn't think of something,beside my big brother told me that we shouldn't think of changing what we are…because …" the kid stopped talking…
Genji said: "Well Genji is in the mother language of my land means, Gen: life and Ji: death, it's like a pun of my life span I cause death for the land I live in to make another life span for myself…"…
"Gee…you are scary!"…
Genji smiled: "No I learned that I musn't believe in such thing, I've learned that the greatest gift for this life is that i tends, never mind of what I just said a priestess taught it to me …oh and who's your big brother you always talked about?"…
The kid pointed toward a large tree in the edge of the Yggdrasil and said: "He lives there, He rarely come out of his place but he's the one who built our home…"…
Genji stood up: "Well he must be a caring person to build this whole town for his people"…
The boy laughed: "He is for sure…"
Genji opened his palm and grew a small branch…
The kid was surprised of the view and asjed: "Wow! How can you?"…
Genji answered him: "It easy…we should all be able to do such thing, just try to focus on it…"
The younger tried it but it was a futile try: "Alright, I think I'm a bit different then" Genji commented: "Here I can make you use it" as he emitted a small branch from his index that fused with the kid's body and formed a little green sprout over his heart…
"Wow! You are cool Genji! But how could you?" The boy thanked Genji…
Genji giggled: "I really don't know myself, I may have learned it from a previous life or something…however try it it's fun…"…
The kid tried to grow something of his hand, but all he could do is to spawn a thin twig that faded easily…
Genji patted on the kid's shoulder saying: "Well I guess you need training for this…" then he yawned: "Well I guess I'll have some sleep before I go to look for my friends…"
And so both of them took a deep sleep on the rooftop…
Genji felt some strange step sound so he woke up to see the kid staring at the sky: "What's the matter kid?" Genji asked…
The kid turned toward him with tears glowing in his eyes: "It's midnight… big brother said that our lives shall end when midnight comes… I didn't like it at first but thanks to you mister Genji… I passed the best day of my life…good…bye…" were the words of the kid before collapsing motionlessly...

Here's a character backstory:
Gary: the pervert Protagonist, partially lost his memory, he tries to get his memory back by returning to the Empire, he's excelled at mixing elemental affinities with his katana sword beside summoning deities from another world.
Ame: the sweet imp-princess she tries to help Gary restore his memory, with her healing abilities and water element use.
Genji: the logical-speaking guy, he doesn't -like everybody else- what tribe he's, he got expelled from his village because of his appearence and ability to suck people energy and ability to control trees, he joined this journey to find out more about himself.
Eduna:a mysterious priestess she seems to know as much as Julius does, she joined the rebellion war against the tyrant.
Rose: the french speaking Fairy, she's more pervert than Gary she joined the group for fun, she has the power to charm any male, she has sensorial abilities, and wide magical abilities.
Ignius: a man who've been cursed by Julius into a hideous dragon-man he seeks to avenge from Julius, with his brute raw strentgh and perfect fire element use.
Zhein: Gary's friend and adoptive brother who've been kidnapped but saved by the Tyrant' chancellor, he now on the good side, he's a hand to hand fighter, with wide knowledge over magic seals.
Julius: the Tyrant Chancellor, he's a mysterious man, with mysterious motives, his powers are unique, he tries to bring peace without looking at the cost, he is revealed to be an ancient deity that wants to bring all world to nothingness.
Kalina: Gary's mother and the best known earth manipulator on the main land.
The scions of Exoddia: a group of six powerful men who were summoned by Julius to help him get Gary and Zhein:

Nabri: A short man with his left face side covered in a wooden mask, he's claimed to be the only one able to counter Genji's wood technique?
Emmero: The only female scion, a woman with a pale blue skin, she wears a rain coat, and her eyes are bandaged, the only power she was revealed to have yet is water techs.
Lahabrea: A mysterious man his face is masked with a skull mask, nothing revealed about him yet except that he's the only one able to take on Gary, then he was revealed to be Gary's father Gen'yin of another dimension...
Genesis: Lahabrea's main summon, under the form if a giant baby that seems to be able to have a large potion of spells, as he was revealed that he's supposed to be Gary but of another reality
