Getting started,

1. pick one of the three techniques to start with; Wuji Dao, Taiji Dao, Hayabusa Kobudo

2. Hayabusa Intro Quiz (Passive Abilities)
-Omniscient awareness of the existence of oneself refers to what passive?

-Which of the following sensory perceptions can detect a Hayabusa (passive non-active)
  • Inuzuka olfactory sensing
  • Chakra Sensory
  • Advanced Chakra Sensory (Sage Mode, Yin-Yang, etc)
  • Kiyoshi Energy Sensing
  • Inner Sonar
  • Binkan Omniscience
-Hayabusa can sense other Hayabusa under two conditions, what are those conditions?

-Hayabusa spirituality can protect against sharingan genjutsu and hypnosis below MS, true or false?

-An S-rank genjutsu does how much damage to a Hayabusa?
You should be able to answer all this without reading anything beyond the CC post.

Let's start with Wuji Dao pls.

The Omniscient awareness refers to the passive ability of Taijin. This allows the Hayabusa to maintain an awareness of their own existence in whatever shape or form that may be. However, I although I understand that they stay aware of themselves of all time, could you give an example of how this would apply in battle?

The only abilities able to track a Hayabusa must be reliant on the natural 5 senses. So the Inuzuka's smelling ability, or the Sound Release's Inner Sonar Skill would be capable of determining a Hayabusa location in battle. Outside of the basic 5 senses, Hayabusa cannot be perceived through any "Sixth Sense" ability. My question regarding this is, does the ability to track us also prevent doujutsu from tracking us? I feel they would still be able to see our physical presence, however the extra sensory portion of the doujutsu would prevent the opponent from seeing our chakra flow, hampering their ability to react to techniques.

A Haybusa can sense another by first having been trained in Taijin. With Taijin, not only does the Hayabusa have an awareness of themselves, but they also have an awareness of other lower ranked Hayabusa. However this only works for the Hayabusa themselves. They won't be able determine what is happening outside of their own existence without using other means.

This is true, The Hayabusa have a strong resistance to techniques that affect the mentality and spirit. As long as the genjutsu isn't a MS or Yin Release technique, the effects and damage of the technique are reduced by half.

A S-rank Genjutsu would deal only 40 damage to the Hayabusa. Any effects or restrictions that would affect the Hayabusa are reduced by one rank.

Battle applications of Taijin revolves around using the ability alternatively. For example, let's say your opponent places you within a genjutsu that is incredibly discrete. With Taijin, the awareness of your own natural state tells you that foreign chakra is interacting with yours and disrupting your natural flow. Therefore that is an application of Taijin during battle defensively. Now, let's reverse the coin and say you cast genjutsu on your opponent and then, at some point, while they are under the genjutsu, they disappear from your physical sensory perception. Because your chakra (a part of your existence) is within their body, you will still have knowledge of the enemy's wareabouts as a result of your existence being tacked on to them. That's a more supplementary and is typically limited to knowing only their location relative to your chakra inside them and not their actions.

Correct, while they are able to still see us normally, they will not possess the ability to see our chakra or nature. However, it is worth noting that the x-ray and enhanced range visual capabilities of the Byakugan is still capable of seeing us from long distances and through most visual obstructions.

I asked for two conditions in which you can sense other Hayabusa. You mentioned the first which was to comprehend their existence with Taijin for weaker members. However, you did not give a second example. This comes back to the alternative use I mentioned. In the case where your existence becomes a part of/is linked to another Hayabusa, even if they are of a higher rank, you will be able to comprehend their existence. The perception of oneself supersedes the Wujin of another member that hides their existence from weaker members.

Correct for the last two.

On the note of spirituality, something I should bring up is the Hayabusa's interaction with Yamanaka clan users. While the existence of their members is still relatively low, should you ever come into contact with a Yamanaka, with the new rules of engagement in place, it would behoove you to understand our clan's interaction with their techniques.

Take a look at the for Yamanaka techniques.

Answer these questions:

1. This question regards a Hayabusa member's (regardless of clan rank) RP rank compared to an opposing Yamanaka. See the example ninja ranks below.

Member H (Hayabusa) = S-class
Member Y (Yamanaka) = Sannin

How does the spirituality of Member H affect the RP ranks?
  • Member H's rank increases by one rank to Sannin against Member Y because of the enhanced spirituality.
  • Member Y's rank decreases by one rank to S-class against Member H because our enhanced spirituality decreases all spiritual status affects of opposing techniques by 1-rank.
  • Both Member's rank stay the same, Member H's spirituality does not affect their RP rank only techniques cast on them.
2. This question refers to standards of breaking out/defending against Yamanaka techniques. Still using Member H and Y, if Member H is caught in a Yamanaka technique, the former is able to use Killing Intent to break their hold, true/false?

3. Let's decrease the rank of Member H to Jounin. Now there is a definite rank gap between H and Y, where the use of mental nin or genjutsu is required to break. If Member H is caught by Member Y, what rank of mental nin/genjutsu damage would Hayabusa need to use in order to break the technique?

4. How many turns does Member H have to break/defend against Member Y's Yamanaka technique?

5. How do the status affects of (Shintendou no Jutsu) – Mind Body Confusion Technique affect Member H?

6. How do the status affects of (Shinranshin no Jutsu ) - Mind Body Disturbance Technique affect Member H?

6. How do the status affects of (Shinranshin no Jutsu ) - Mind Body Disturbance Technique affect Member H?
1. Member Y's rank decreases by one rank to S-class against Member H because our enhanced spirituality decreases all spiritual status affects of opposing techniques by 1-rank. Making them equal ranked on the mental playing field.

2. This would be false, although the Member Y's rank has decreased, it would still require Member H to need to use some type of will break or mental deterrent as they would both be of the same rank when the Yamanaka's technique takes hold.

3. Well Member Y would still lower by one rank, thereby becoming S-class. Member H would still need to use above B-rank or higher genjutsu to break hold.

4. We would actually get 4 turns to break hold from the technique vs the standard ninja's 3 turns. Due to the reduction of the status affects.

5. This technique would lower one rank first, so depending on the usage it would only be ranked B-A against a Hayabusa. Next the damage points would be halved, and the blaring migraine the technique induces may only be a mild headache allowing the Hayabusa to recognize they may be being targeted mentally. The Hayabusa if they have some type of extra sensory or heightened sense, would only have these distorted rather than completely negated, allowing them still some type of reaction to oncoming techniques. This also means while under the affect of this the Hayabusa would only be limited to using S-rank and below. The Hayabusa enhanced spirit also causes the technique to only last 2 turns rather than 3.

6. The technique would first lower by one rank becoming C-rank vs the Hayabusa Clan. Allowing the use of a B-rank genjutsu to be used to break the technique. Using Member H and Y as an example, since they would thereby become equal in terms of RP rank on the mental playing field, then Member Y would be capable of causing the Member H to release modes, but not force them into using techniques. They would also be able to force non chakra oriented actions, although they would find resistance in these actions as the Hayabusa's spirit counter acts this affect. The technique would also only last 5 turns, and only after turn 4 would the Yamanaka gain complete control over the Hayabusa.
