Probably that the seal took almost all of his chakra to the point that it turned his hair white from exhaustion, but then the flood of juubi chakra boosted him back up to livable levels.

I think that the power of the juubi is to great to be sealed, and it is taking all of obito's chakra reserves to maintain the seal, and that is continuously draining his chakra and making his hair turn white.

Ddnt Nagatos hair turn white after he brought back the village. I believe it was because Madara was trying to use him (Obito) to revive himself, thats how close he was to reviving himself
