As we all know everyone is agreeing to the theory that Natsu is actually END, but I think something else will happen.
I think after Igneel gives Natsu some kind of power up, he will go find Mard Geer and when he does, END will react to Igneel's Power flowing inside Natsu and come out of the book. He and Natsu will battle but END will have the upper hand until Gray intervenes. Then, once END realizes Natsu and Gray are countering and beating him he will then decide to possess Natsu's Body.
From here Natsu/END and Gray will battle for a little, Gray will say something that reaches to Natsu and then Natsu will regain control over his body. Finally, I think END will be inside Natsu from then on and try to take over his body whenever he is in trouble or near death. It will be similar to how the Kyuubi was to Naruto before the Kyuubi befriended Naruto.
