Dude , Kotoamatsukami really IS a wonderful Genjutsu ! BUT !! why will he waste Chakra , Simply ,Shisui of the Shunshin can deal with Minato's Hiraishin no jutsu , while Itachi Backing Up with Amaterasu (Or susanoo Vs Raikage )and he will Know Exactly when to release Tsukuyomi and end the Duel for good (A)
