if in naruto, no one can see the reaper death seal until they become attacked by it, then I'm to believe naruto characters can't even see shinigami based on the fact that only other shinigami can see them.

Aizen would be a joke in Naruto...Genjutsu can do everything his Zanpakto can do...he is surpassed in Destructive capacity...Naruto characters can see ghost and the Reaper death seal can't be compared to bleach shinigami since it is a Jutsu...he'd get trolled by basic stuff like clones and substitution jutsu. despite what people say there is no way to prove his speed is superior to Naruto characters and Naruto basically has it's own version of hogyoku the Creation of all things(so hogyoku could possibly be duplicated)

As for Kaguya if she has chakra(Spirit energy and physical energy) absorption or the Soul absorption, then she would just absorb him and add his power to hers.
