Guys, think about this one: Who know what Madara is looking like? We see Flashbacks, but we never seen a Real PICTURE of Madara or Izuna on a photo in addition no one is alive who ever met madara personal.
It could be like Madara(wich look like Izuna) died vs hashirama, but Izuna(who look like Madara) killed the hasirama, waitet then till every one who could know their true identity died and come back as the MADARA who everyone knowing and fearing.
We thought Tobi was Madara.
There chances are not very hight, but you cant exclude this possibility
