Ok me and my friend was just talking and he said something that blew my mind and could be the most craziest plot twist if true

(if you can't see the image this whole thing is a waste sorry) but hide might have a tail when he lies he touches his head near his eyes . he's done it multiple times when talking to kaneki and the time he talked to akira . the part what really made me thought this was true was when he did it right before he walked kaneki to arima where kaneki *died*
