Oro and Kabuto are probably both going to slither away somewhere and never suffer the consequences for their actions. Orochimaru saved everyone in the war; I think that he, at least, has earned his forgiveness. Oro's crimes against humanity are actually small compared to the support he lent in the war.

Kabuto, on the other hand, is a party responsible for the war; without him, Madara probably wouldn't even have been revived (unless Black Zetsu could control Obito without Obito being weakened).

Sasuke never said his concern was that Naruto would stop him. Just that Naruto had bijuu chakra (lame excuse to hide the fact that he just wants to get rid of his best friend)
