Suggestion No1:
Well, I was thinking that, we have seen many times People that do not have an approved bio, and yet posting in the battle arena... I guess everyone is bothered by that. To prevent that, I was thinking to restrict the ability to post in the battle arena/training grounds/ninja world section to only the people that have an approved bio. To do that, we can simply put everyone with a bio to a sub-group (for example "Role Player" group), and anyone who is in there will be able to post.

Suggestion No2:
In the Jutsu description, we could add an "Area Coverage" (or simply "area" description, that will have to be filled with one of the following:
-If the technique strikes a very precise spot: "Small"
-If the technique strikes a larger area (as large as a human): "medium"
-If the technique strikes a very large spot (like the giant fireball): "large"
-If the technique strikes a huge, arena wide spot (like Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave): "Arena"

I say that, because the Range alone can easyly be missconsepted, at least by some people, and I realy think it will be helpfull... :)

I agree, I have seen some messy disputes. Also in Battle arena and in bio's you see people posting that have no bio.. Like people make a paragraph about themselves and say it is a bio.. Wish we could make them read the rules!

Suggestion #1:Disagreed.
If you see anyone in the battle arena/training grounds (emphasis on battle arena), report it. It's clearly stated in the that an approved biography is required.

"Joining our Naruto RP Battle Arena system, automatically means that you have read and hereby are bound to respect our general forum rules" (Rules overall)

Report them, we have a good amount of RP moderators who will take the necessary action.

Suggestion #2: Not a bad idea, but I don't find it necessary. Disagreed.

The whole point of "training" is to get the understanding of each technique. Not just to describe how to perform a jutsu and then classify it as "learned".
That's why I always encourage my students to view the and search up on every jutsu before I proceed. If the jutsu description on NB isn't clear enough, the wiki has pictures and additional information (note that the wiki is also where most of our RP techniques are taken from). It even gives the manga chapter/anime episode the jutsu was used.

1. No, it's that simple. If you see someone rping without an approved bio, report them, they are breaking the rules. It's like me posting a fight saying i'm using madara uchiha as seen in the manga. There is no need to make more work. Who would monitor this group? A mod? More work for them. Also you get one bio approved, then you're in the group for good. It wouldn't change the fact about people rping with unapproved bios.

Over all, your first suggestion is stupid. No offence.

2. It's a sensei's job to teach how a jutsu: works, looks and how it is used.

If you are unsure about the area it covers, go to naruto wiki or ask a sensei such as myself, but it's our job to make sure you understand everything about the jutsu when we teach it.

You know a rasengan, it covers a small point in reality, but becuase you know how it works, you'd know that. So learn the jutsu and we wont have a problem.
