Naruto gif avatars usually suck, because the animation of the series is generally poor. Try different series with proper animation.

The only good ones here are the Sasuke ones because the animation loops nicely.

sasuke genin and the last two madaras are nicely done due to the animation. But yeah, you should also do it on other anime with better animation.
