Yellow flashing and FTG are two different things people! Minato teleports to his FTG seal, thats FTG. Minato has never yellowed flashed in the anime but Naruto has when he kicked Kisame's asss is the wall. No seals were required

What you're failing to understand is that "The Yellow Flash" is a title that Minato was given. It was also used to describe the appearance of somebody in combat (e.g. Naruto looked like a yellow flash when he attacked Kisame). Minato was given the title due to his fast movements with FTG. All people saw was a yellow flash as he teleported from one place to the next. Same with Naruto in KM moving at full speed.

Okay, Yellow Flash is not a jutsu or technique that can be learned. Minato was just fast and had yellow hair. In Naruto's case, obviously he has yellow hair and the only reason he is fast is because of Kurama's power.

But in Naruto Storm 2, Minato yellow flashes all the time in his movements without making any seals, I don't think they would put that in the game if it were false. but i accept that i may be wrong

I really hope you weren't serious with this response. You can also use rapid fire Kirin with Sasuke in Storm 2....Do you think Sasuke can really do that?

But Kakashi actually thought it was Minato that yellow flashed instead of Naruto. Do you really think Kakashi would mistake his sensei's signature flash for a kyubi chakra flash?
