I have been thinking about it for a long time but I always was too lazy to post it. In any case,
in chapter 443 we see this:
and in chapter 449 Nagato says this:
Only so we can see in about 200 chapters a chapter with the name "god tree" and ten tails' real nature XD

I would also like to say that there is a second hidden symbolism in these panels.
Till that moment Nagato regarded himself as a god but in reailty he wasn't. However, a tree was indeed a god. So, by putting nagato inside of a fake tree he wants to symbolise the fact that he isn't really a god but rather a fake one. So, when that paper tree starts to fall down is because nagato comes to the reailzation that he isn't really a god.
