This takes place five hundred years after the events of shippuden. Suddenly, shinobi are appearing out of nowhere with incredible abilities.
These shinobi are reincarnations of previous shinobi (Canon shinobi only.)

NO UCHIHA, THEY'RE AN EXTINCT CLAN ANYWAY
NO JINCHUURIKI
NONE OF THE THREE SANNIN OF THE LEAF
NO SIX PATHS OR RINNEGAN

(Just as a note; Shino is slow as hell in the games, and as an insect user he has to wait for the bugs to escape his skin. Thus meaning, consequently, that your character suffers in the same way; however, as Shino is a brilliant strategist, he will let the bugs out in advance; overcoming this weakness. As stated before, consequently, your character is just as smart.)
