Doesn't the male have to have the Byakugan for the child to have it? If not then the child wouldn't be an Uzamaki which wouldn't make sense. Correct me if I'm wrong.
it does not mention anywhere about It. I think that it depends on who will be born a girl or a boy
Still Eyes should be.

The child will be op isn't uchiha a descendant of hyuga and senju a descendant of uzumaki

Not necessarily. Having strong parents or coming from a strong clan doesn't always equal getting strong children.

Look at Obito for example. He came from the prestige Uchiha clan, yet he was considered an outsider because he hadn't developed his Sharingan at all until he had to rescue his friends. Plus Kakashi was stronger than him in their team, which Kakashi liked to taunt him about.

Also it depends on genetics. It could be that the child would get Byakugan, but it could also be that the child wouldn't get it at all

He would either scream all day, or wouldn't talk. I sense extremes in birth as far as the personality goes. For the eyes, then no. Both of them lack the Uchiha and Senju blood and the direct lineage to the sage.
