A chakra that can't be sensed by an uchiha

New chapter arrived...In the first page it shown konoha ,Orochimaru,sasuke,juugo and sigethsu. What if that chakra was set up by a strong powerful shinobi of senju.....so that it can't be sensed by an uchiha .The others in konoha can sense chakra only if number of people in konoha decresed.
