A brand Nue ten tails

I suspect that the users of karma seals are like tailed beasts. Remember early in the anime when the Nue seal was fully charged it became an dojutsu? What if its the same with karma? Momoshiki's palm rinnegan has to have a connection to Sumire's palm at the end of the Nue arc.

Nue was partially created from a secret jutsu used by Kaguya. Maybe the secret was the karma seals. It appeared that Momoshiki was still charging his seal and it required an insane amount of chakra for whatever he was trying to do. I suspect he was trying to charge his seal to the next level in which he becomes a chakra beast.
Each seal is a different beast.

He can use jutsu in the other hand. Where have I seen that before? I was thinking it would come out of his eye honestly. In the anime anyway.
