I'm not i'm just using common sense.
A is one of the strongest Kage while Bee is also a kage level who's a jinchuriki. Those two happen to be bros who are almost invincible when in team. They can sync their attacks and combos almost perfectly.

-They have no attacks that can kill Orochimaru.
-Jiraiya will be in their faces too much for Tsunade to be in danger.
-Orochimaru's edo tensei not needed.

The Sannin mid diff, since there is no restrictions Oro summons Edo Hashi and Edo Tobirama to help fight A and B and Jiraiya does Swamp of the underworld on A&B then does Katon: Gamayu Endan and Oro does ten thousand snakes formation and Tsunade summons Katsuya to melt A or Bee.

Bee solos here. He can simply transform into Hachibi and use various forms of damas. The have no defense like Sussano to shield themselves from it. Jiriya will go out quickly, as he lacks te resilence and immortality jutsu of Tsunade and Orochimaru's body shedding techniques. Repeated Damas together with A's attacks can definitely take both of them out. IF Orochimaru is using Edos than the Sanin win low difference.
