Here oro states that a TBB (Only 4tails) would kill him if he got hit by it. If he cannot take a hit from naruto's 4tailed TBB he hasn't got a chance against a Real TBB from a Real bijuu.

:sy: That scan was to show that if he gets hit with it then he dies....and if a 4 Tailed TBB ripped through Rashomon then a Continous TBB from the Eight Tails rips it apart and kills Orochimaru, the fact that you even compared Bee's TBB to Naruto's is laughable.

Also, he didn't tank it, he blocked it with Rashomon and he still felt some of the impact of the blast.
