Orochimaru has taken used Living Corpse Jutsu on many "bodies", he has mastered several jutsu, his Great White Snake has grown enormously ( similar to the Great White Snake Sage) and he has a 34th generation version of Manda ( a fruitful outcome through out the years of Orichimaru's desired path to master all jutsu, as every previous Manda that died, Orochimaru created a drug enhanced clone in its place using the cells from its corpse, similar to kabutos method) ..

Itachi has taken Sasuke's eyes.. nuff said..

This battle is a scenario battle.. In the middle if the East Gate Hideout in the Sound Village.. Let's have some fun.

Really tho, I'm just at odds of a winner, so choosing Oro was just due to the fact of him being an ultimate shinobi, and I didn't see a draw on this, so I went with Oro, but Itachi definately can win this too.
