Kisame could move, and it's not like Daikodan's durability is anything special, especially that Hirudora only exploded when it hit Kisame. And Bee got knocked out of BM.

Kisame was rendered immobile despite Hirudora having to overcome Daikodan whereas Bee took severe injury; but not so much that he couldn't move - from a point blank hit from a Bijuudama.

Blast radius does not equate to potency. Having the potency to destroy rock isn't that ​impressive.

Kisame could move, and it's not like Daikodan's durability is anything special, especially that Hirudora only exploded when it hit Kisame. And Bee got knocked out of BM.

Kisame could only move his fingers... if he could move his whole body then he would have got up and carried on fighting. And no matter how you square it, Daikodan was still an obstacle to be destroyed and destroying anything requires the expenditure of energy.

Bee was still able to move his whole body.

Kisame could move, Gai just told him not to, he even broke out of Yamato's Mokuton prison. Not to mention that Hirudora went right through Daikodan, it wasn't an obstacle at all [
