The manga can be saved I think there are two good options.

- Naruto walking towards obito using talk-no-jutsu again and than obito
is about to join when there suddenly come a susanoo spear in his body by sasuke.
and sasuke saying something about the uchiha masscare and that killing obito is his revenge.
then he want to kill the bijuus to avoid something like this again. this is were naruto and sasuke will have their final fight

Hashirama beaten up and half regenerating. Madara obtained the sage mode of hashi in some sort of way

In both cases obito dies but that has to happen because i consider him the worst villain ever.
