- Even when it was clear as day, they used to deny the fact that Mito never participated in the fight between Hashirama and Madara and only sealed the Kyubi at the end of the fight or something. Now after this manga chapter, there is no denying it anymore. Just accept facts already. Hashirama owned Madara despite himself asking help from Kyubi to try to reach his level

- This chapter also proves that the only reason Madara was even able to compete with Hashirama's Shinshusenju was because of Kyubi and his TBB's barrage. No wonder Hashirama saw him as more of a threat than Madara

It's still an incomplete story and imo that final hit was rather anti-climatic after the intense battles scenes shown. lol Anyways, this is Hashirama's point of view so he can only go as far as he knows. If Madara can see through it, he either let him stab him or he let him think he stabbed him. If Madara hadn't been alive to save Obito, I would say Hashirama won that battle. Something still doesn't add up.
