A Application thread for NB sage....

I only ask this because Rei isnt as active as she used to be and according to the rules she was the only one who could send people on Sage missions to become an Official Nb Sage

So my suggestion is simple. Make a application thread (Similar to the sensei application) and whoever in charge can check them and send them on a sage mission etc etc....

Plain and simple...
