I think A and Onoki(Backpack) win since Onoki could just break A out of genjutsu.

Still, I think Itachi's genjutsu would be enough.

Itachi always seems to be one step ahead in a battle - so I would suspect that he would have A unknowingly in a genjutsu before A even got on guard.

EDIT - oh, I should have said that he puts both of them in genjutsu so they don't break each other out

That's a possibility too.

As usual, the fight could go either way depending on the situation, intent, who strikes first, etc, etc.

In a surprise attack by Itachi: Itachi can genjutsu them both and then totsuka them into a gourd.

In a surprise attack by the backpack team: A lighter (and thus faster) A could get in a quick shot at Itachi before he can pull up Susanoo w/ yata mirror.

In a straight on battle beginning with a standoff it could go either way. We know A is fast enough to dodge Amaterasu, but Itachi isn't one to just sit around and do one thing at a time, he usually sets up attacks while compensating for their weaknesses. So it's a matter of whether Itachi can hit A before he runs out of chakra/stamina
