-I first start to gather my chakra through my body. Focusing long and hard getting my chakra network to run smooth. I then quickly find a crater in the earth and channel my water chakra into that crater. As i channel my water chakra into the crater, water starts to fill up in it... As it starts to fill up i wait about 10seconds. Once im done waiting i then look at the hole filled with water. allowing me to use it as a water source-

Alright, so you did it on the surface, but you can also do it underground up to 2m in depth, in order to make the water sources unbeknownst to your opponent. The maximum size of the water source(s) can't exceed your size, meaning that you can create more, but as much as you make they become smaller and smaller because of the maximum size restriction. You can use the sources then for pillars, geysers and stuff like that.

Description: Using his own chakra the user can, unbeknownst to his opponent, can create a single or multiple water sources within the earth. The water sources can vary in size, depending on the need of the user. The user can create up to 3 seperate sources but their size altogether can't exceed the size of a human sized pond. They don't form too deep in the ground, but about a meter or two beneath the surface. They can be used only as a source for other water techniques.
Note: Usable only thrice (3) per battle

Alright, that's more like it. I initially made it because of the Francium release which I'm getting, because francium causes violent explosions when in contact with water and because it can be gathered from underground, thus making this a killer combo. Anyway, there's a lot of other uses for it, you just have to be creative. Have fun.
