CNN - A 9-year-old girl learning to fire a submachine gun accidentally killed her instructor at a shooting range when the weapon recoiled over her shoulder, according to Arizona authorities.
The instructor, 39-year-old Charles Vacca, died at a hospital Monday night after he was shot in the head.

damn that girls life is pretty much screwed. She's gonna have to stick with the fact that she killed a man at age 9. She committed manslaughter, and no charges are being pressed. Theres a video out on it too.

I love how you add "no charges are being pressed" as if that's a bad thing. It's unfortunate that this man lost his life, but one, pressing charges would further traumatize a young girl and would be entirely unfair and unjust as she didn't do it intentionally. Two, she didn't commit manslaughter. "Manslaughter: the crime of killing a human being without malice aforethought, or otherwise in circumstances not amounting to murder" She once again accidentally did it, listening to the instructions he was giving her.
