honestly by the way the manga is played i believe you could have as many of those type of ppl as you wanted and they still wouldn't be able to catpure the 9 tails. it takes a very powerful 1 or very powerful number. I dont think even a million hinatas or lee or ino could catch it like minato did

Naruto and Kurama now are one, you can't attack one without the other. To get Kurama you must fist attack Naruto.Why do you think Obito is fighting Naruto for?

Well, you need a full blooded Uzumaki to use the chakra chains on Kurama and you need a shinobi with wood release like Yamato, though Yamato's wood release is nothing compared to Hashirama and next you need a proficient Uchiha like Madara or Sasuke to control it with genjutsu.
