I would say it would be tied. Seriously Obito only seems to win by using Kamui to get his targets offguard or just simply trapping them in another dimension, therefore "winning". Seeing as Obito can only use kamui so much because of the senju cells, the chakra cloak that Kakashi has should even the odds.
