To catch Yugito two akatsukis were needed(Hidan,Kakuzu),the sanbi was swimming free x) with no host(Sadly,Yagura was able to control it fully),Roshi was defeated by Kisame(worst match up for lava and fire users) and even gave him a hard time...Fu and Han are unkown.Utakata was caught by Pain(so...).We know what Naruto,Killer Bee and Gaara are capable to do.
Tobi doesn't count in this thread. Jinchurikis with difficulty.
