9 Bijuu win easily. Both half's of Kurama will stalemate in fire power and add all 8 other Bijuu to???.... Naruto and Sasuke get eradicated... This is assuming the Bijuu have their own minds and are intelligent.

Naruto and Sasuke obviously lose. Flash BD would be their strongest technique, and Half Kurama+8 other Bijuu would easily overpower that.
Madara wins since the Bijuu can't overpower his final BD barrage used at VoTE.
5 Bijuu=Flash BD. Half Kurama can use the same size BD thus Half Kurama+5 Bijuu would produce the same explosion that happened when BM Naruto clashed with the other Bijuu. Adding 4 other Bijuu would almost double it's power, but not quite. And double that is still not superior to what happened at VoTE, so their attacks would clash, and Madara's PS would protect him while being on it's last legs, while the other Bijuu die a terrible death.

Naruto and Sasuke could win in a scenario where PS was boosted by a chakra cloak and Senjutsu, i personally don't see the gap between his PS and Madara's to be that much larger than the one between a V3 and PS (how big is Yin-Yang Chakra Cloakìs boost? x12? Maybe even more?), so in my opinion it would be near that level, considerably weaker offensively though considering he never showed a second blade like Madara's, and defensively since Madara's would be bigger thus thicker. I'm confident that BSM Naruto's firepower is much superior to his BM version aka Half Kurama, and slightly less than half of the Bijuu's firepower is composed of his own. Maybe they can win this extreme diff if conditions were the ones above, your scenario (BM Naruto)? They lose for sure, only a matter of time.

and Chojo Kebutsu was required to plow through it, Madara's Kurama alone can replicate that firepower, let alone PS along it.
