Oh cause Guy doesnt know how to fight a Genjutsu user, right ok so much logic.
Then... he still wins. Remember Gai needed openings from Rock Lee, Minato and Gaara in order to hit someone with a power defence. At best, Sasuke's Rikudou PS is equal to the durability of the TSB's. Which means this time, he isn't blowing through his opponents defence right away and he's still open to an Amenotejikara+Chidori strike. And with his linear fighting style, he isn't reacting or coming back since he'll just be sent into the same direction he was going to in the first place.
Sasuke fappers think he can win against 8th Gate Guy. :snick:
There's not much to explain.
Sasuke's speed is instantaneous. And since it's before Chapter 700, canonically we can use feats from the Last. If at any point, Gai tries to blitz him, Sasuke tracks him with his Eien No Mangekyou (as he was shown keeping up with Juubito). Amenotejikara behind Gai into his newly enhanced Chidori and Gai is obliterated like the meteor that was shown. Plus, Gai has shown to be very linear when using the Hachimon. So in the way that Gai tries to go straight after him, Sasuke uses Amenotejikara and Gai is still in a straight line and is open up to being attacked.
Yo. What does Sasuke switch with to use Amenotejikara? Doesn't he need an object to switch places with, as he did with Sakura's chunin coat during the war?
That's whats bugging me in this scenerio imo.
You'd have to be an idiot to believe Gai can beat someone scaled above One Eyed Shinju JJ Madara, who only took the beating because of multiple people creating an opening for him.
Oh cause Guy doesnt know how to fight a Genjutsu user, right ok so much logic.
Madara nearly died with the power of the Juubi and his healing power.
Sasuke has neither. He's dead.
Why are you people forgetting that the only reason Gai could land Night Moth was because of Minato's FTG, plus Rock Lee throwing the Kunai and Gaara carrying them there? He doesn't need any of them when he has the strongest PS in the series boosted by Rikudou chakra and an instant teleportation move that will throw a linear fighter off track.
Location is in an open area.
Both characters can use all techniques we've seen them use ( except current Sasuke from chater 700, however only 1 eye Rinnegan when he fought Madara Jin ) + Perfect Susanoo allowed.
This time, Guy has more chakra and stamina.
Since Guy dies anyway, a win for him will be him managing to completely kill Sasuke before his 8th gate runs out.
Sasuke wins by default if Guy dies first.
Seems it will be more of a durability battle. With 8th gate having a lot of mass destruction techniques with Sasuke having other powerful jutsus to use for defence and offense.
The reason why I make this thread is because I can see this fight becomes pretty intense and a lot of powerful jutsus from both of them we have seen so far, especially when Guy almost killed Madara Jin, while Sasuke did cut Madara in half. That's quite impressive from each of them.
Give me a reason., AND no fanboying.
Sasuke didn't switch with anything when madara turned into kaguya. Not when he avodes madaras attack. Not when he fought naruto.Yo. What does Sasuke switch with to use Amenotejikara? Doesn't he need an object to switch places with, as he did with Sakura's chunin coat during the war?
That's whats bugging me in this scenerio imo.
Gai's attack still pushed Madara through the other side of his Gudoudama ball.
Sasuke's Rinnegan ability has a cooldown. He would get to use it once at the most.

Counters to Genjutsu which doesn't require eye contact? I thought so. Sasuke neg diffs.
Sasuke can use it three times before it needs a cool down. And again... He pushed him because Kakashi opened a whole with Kamui and FTG put them in a position to get Gai closer.
you act like Gai wasn't landing a single blow before that attack. Madara was being smacked around like a pinata. His juubi jinchuriki body was what was keeping him from dying from the initial attacks. At which point Gai's body was starting to give way. Gai needed an opening to give the finishing blow, and that's where Minato's plan came into play.
I get you like Sasuke, but be objective about this. Sasuke isn't going to just neg difficult 8th gate Gai who took on Juubi Maddy one on one. It is unrealistic.
