8th Guy vs 3rd Raikage? Both same power? No fanboying

Madara liked the fight stood there and took it... Gai can't fight at that level for long so I will make this point... If gai fights one on one from the get and manages to make it to his eighth gate than he has a chance of winning... If he starts out eight gate there is a good chance someone other than madara would take the time to evade making 3rd raikage the winner

Gai was just too fast. Bending space with physical speed is ridiculous. He was able to kick the air down to lift himself up. Madara could see it but he couldn't react fast enough to dodge it. He said it himself that he didn't think that getting hit would be good but he failed to avoid it. Not because he wanted to test Gai's strength but because he genuinely could not move his body fast enough to do anything.

The point is, this is not Guy vs Madara, but Guy vs 3rd Raikage.

Just even with guys evening elephant can destroy the raikage. We can see him go through Madaras truthseeking ball defenses like it was nothing. I doubt that raikages skin is as tough as that since had to cut off his arms because of the amaterasu (unless he just doesnt want it to spread everywhere he walks)

It couldve killed off Madara as well if it hadnt for the tree.

But then guy dies and turns into ash. So if the referee is fast enough to declare guy as the winner before he turns into ash, itd be a tie.

A powerful move like that wouldn't be needed, regular taijutsu is enough.

It's really fascinating that overall Kakashi's generation is the most powerful, even one of them(Obito) is the most powerful non-juubi jinchuriki ninja bar Hagoromo, his brother and Kaguya his Juubi jinchuriki form is also very powerful(though you have to admit that Madara(well, as non-juubi jinchuriki he's above Obito is slightly above Madara) and Hagormo are better than him), and Gai can almost kill a Juubi Jinchuriki(btw Madara was serious against Gai, he wasn't playing around, though I'll admit Minato teleporting the black orbs did help a lot against Madara)

I was gonna type that but I forgot about it. Good point I guess his 8 gates would just end a draw even if he whoops his ass that bad.

Guy is one of my favorite characters.. Consider me fanboy or not, Guy when he used Night Moth, moved fast enough to distort space. Nobody thus far has show speed feats like that (not counting S/T ninjutsu). Let alone the power to almost one shot a god-like Madara. Guy takes the cake.
