8th Guy vs 3rd Raikage? Both same power? No fanboying

Has both of them same strength, techs, speed, power? I mean 3rd Raikage was able to destroy amount of shinobi with just one finger or at least 1000 army, while Guy almost killed Madara in an instant with just a kick. Can we compare those two?

This fight would go either way, but 3rd Raikage has a lot of protection that makes his body shield able to survive Naruto's Fuuton Rasenshuriken.
But can Guy actually pierce through his body with a kick?

Both of them has extremely much speed and power so we know how their techs really works, however I just want to hear your opinion about who wins ( WITH EXPLANATION AND A GOOD REASON )

Madara liked the fight stood there and took it... Gai can't fight at that level for long so I will make this point... If gai fights one on one from the get and manages to make it to his eighth gate than he has a chance of winning... If he starts out eight gate there is a good chance someone other than madara would take the time to evade making 3rd raikage the winner

i second this right here...madara stated as a god like shinobi said guy was the most interesting tai master so i say guy tai over all other close combat fighters
