I think Guy might be able to take down the 6 paths of pain but there are plenty of Rinnegan techs he'd have no answer for. Obito: Kamui isn't that fast but he might be able to just stall by making stuff pass through him. That might work but how long can he do that stuff for?
Itachi: Genjutsu? Gai has a block for it right? According to Black Zetsu (isn't he Madara's will?) Itachi's Susanoo was 'invincible'. Itachi isn't going to fight Gai with a disease right if so Gai wins unless genjutsu works.

Itachi lasts for as long as he can hold Yata. Hopefully he can catch Gai in a genjutsu by then. Obito can stay phased out for 5 minutes. Gai could probably just outlast both of them, but then again considering that his attacks are taking a few seconds-a few minutes in this manga, and he'd be in excruciating pain, I doubt it. Also, if either of those Uchiha catch him in a genjutsu, it's over. These are the only 2 that stand a chance against 8 gate guy.

The other Akatsuki would be stomped on. But then again, they wouldn't even allow Gai to get to the point of using 8 gates if it were a real fight.

Juubi Madara has his default reflexes supported by Sage mode and the essence of Hagoromo. His reflexes surpass all of theirs, and Gai has still been able to land hits on him.
He may tie with Juubi jin.
