Let us say that the average Ninja is about 5 power.
1st gate: 10E1 (10 power)
8th gate: 10E8 (100,000,000 power)

Like what mypower said, we only know 8 gates= 100 times base power. Everything else is speculation.
However, based on what we've seen I'd say:
1st Gate: X2 power
2nd Gate: X3 power
3rd Gate: X4 power
4th Gate: X5 power
5th Gate: X10 power
6th Gate: X15 power
7th Gate: X25 power
8th Gate: X100 power
