What are your specials on mondays and tuesdays?

On Monday the ramen we serve has a special, very thinly sliced pork that has a special spice cooked with it that is secret. The way we cook it and use the spice is only on Monday's. On Tuesdays there is a somewhat sweet shōyu based broth we serve that has a special soy based sauce in it that is considered to be the best in the region; which is why it's very expensive now that it's gone mainstream and it's why we only serve it once a week.
