Standing amongst the sandy terrains was the Paladin himself. He was about to finalize his march into the Tsumigakure until he felt the life force someone approaching him. Normally, a Hayabusa’s life force couldn’t be sensed by anyone but the Children of Tiamat where special. He could sense the very fiber of her soul as the challenger approached. “So another foolish warrior as entered the fray…” he said looking at Mirabelle. However before he can continue into his intentions he felt his body become numb – with what he can only assume was a mere illusion. He smirked, simply allowing for the move to go through until he noticed the woman swing a bladed weapon into his direction.

Child Play” he said as he forged his body to become encased in a layer of earthen armor. This not only allowed him to tank the shockwave; but also with the surge of chakra into his body, it would purge the illusion. “HAIL THE ALL MOTHER!” he said as he flapped his wings and took the skies. It was at speeds even Mirabelle could track.

Once in the air, he would release the very Sea of Life embedded in his being. The blast was wide as it’s max range allowed it to be, coming from above to crash down onto the surface with immense force. “Come! Become one with Mother, she will forgive you too…” he said while airborne.

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.
(Seimei no Umi) – The Sea of Life

Description: The Sea of Life is the principle and signature skill of all Children of Tiamat; like Tiamat, it is a manifestation of their will and an extension of their own bodies. In essence, the Sea of Life emulates the concept of all life being born from the sea. Unlike the All-Mother, the Children of Tiamat expend considerable chakra when accessing this technique, or its variants. The black mud can be generated from any part of the user’s body and is of extraordinarily high density, allowing it to easily engulf and overcome physical obstacles. When used the scale of this technique can vary depending on the rank used; at its highest rank it can surpass even that of Water Release: Great Waterfall. Through physical force alone it can overwhelm multiple opponents, carrying immense concussive force. The user is able to release the mud from their body in any shape that they choose, limited only by their imagination and rank. The technique carries with it the Amino-Geis, forcibly converting whoever is caught into a slave of the user. The mud can be blocked or sealed, although it must respect neutrality and damage values. S-Rank applications can be used thrice per battle, once every two turns.

What the…” Mirabelle said to herself as she noticed the black mud surge out of his body. This was the vile liquid she was warned about…it didn’t seem menacing but her first mistake would be taking the opponent’s technique lightly. Immediately she would retaliate in kind, inhaling and exhaling a powerful and wide stream of fire. This fire should be enough to rival the black mud but truth be told she knew it would be strong enough. This in mind, she weaved into the flames before it is a sort of “barrier” of Neidan.

The Neidan in question the moment it touched the mud would erase some of it from existence. It was enough to reduce the mud down in power to now rival the flames. The techniques neutralized one another – causing the Hayabusa to become a bit paranoid. She wasn’t sure how she was going to beat him yet but she never lost hope.

She would then focus her dragon chakra once more, this time utilizing the Upper Dantian to begin to erase the existence of the Paladin’s spirit. Making him go unconscious was one way to solve this case. She took several explosive tagged kunai and tossed it at him.

Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. At jounin level, the user can enhance the strength of this technique and use it A-rank. Dragon Ninja are capable of using this technique S-rank and using B-rank passively. Head Ninja are capable of using this technique up to A-rank passively but are incapable of using S-rank. Master Ninja can use A-rank passively and use up to S-rank.

Note: chunin can only use this technique every three turns. Jounin can use the technique once every two turns. Dragon/Head Ninja can use this technique once every other turn, and master ninja can use this once per turn.
Note: Passive use of this technique at any rank increases the cool down duration per use by one turn and can only be utilized 4 times per battle.

Description: This is one of the fundamental Neidan techniques within the Hayabusa clan and the first one learned. This technique returns existence to nothingness/erases from existence. Using one of the three Dantian Hayabusa ninja render existence to nothingness. Depending on the Dantian that is used the user can manipulate physical, vital, or spiritual existence. Regardless of which application is used there are two components that can be utilized: internal or external. These two components describe the technique’s application to one’s self and outside themselves respectively. A Hayabusa ninja who utilizes the internal component with this technique manipulates their own physical, vital, and/or spiritual existence. One who utilizes external component does the same but with any entity other than themselves. Only one of the components can be used for any given application of this technique. As for the applications, only one can be used at a given time. Upon reaching higher jounin ranks (Dragon/Head Ninja and Master Ninja), Hayabusa ninja can utilize all three of the Dantian simultaneously to completely erase their own existence (internal) or that of another entity (external). When erasing one’s own existence with this technique the user can only maintain a state of non-existence for no more than one turn with and must re-appear within 10 meters of their original point. Once the user has gone to nothingness they cannot use any techniques until after they return to reality. Through the external component the user can erase the existence of another life such as summons or other shinobi though it requires prolonged contact with the target (3 turns). After contact is made the victim will begin to vanish from the ground up.

Upper: The Upper Dantian deals with the spiritual existence of an entity. Spiritual techniques, consciousness, mental capability, and spirits are all within this Dantian’s control. The internal component of this application controls the existence of illusions, consciousness, sentience, within the user. Enemy techniques that deal with mind control or that inject their consciousness within the Hayabusa can be defended against with the internal component. Likewise, the stability and power of illusions and other spiritual techniques attached to the user can be cut down according to the rank/chakra of this technique. The external component of this application is a little different than the others. Unlike the Lower and Middle Dantian which cannot effect an opponent directly, this Dantian’s application can. With the external component the user can cause the spiritual energy of a sentient being dwindle to nothingness as long as the user has sensory perception of their target and is within range. The result of erasing the spiritual being comes in the form of fatigue and a lack of focus which prevents the target from using higher ranked techniques and progressively dims their consciousness. For example: C-ranked usage will prevent use of Forbidden rank techniques and B-rank usage would prevent S-rank and above and so on. The constraints are as follows: Only chunin level Hayabusa and above can use this technique (as it starts at C-rank) and the user must be within and maintain mid-range of the target to use C and B-rank. A-rank requires short range and S-rank direct physical contact. While using this application only two techniques can be used per turn. If the victim gets out of range of the user they will become capable of using their full power in the following turn.

Note: This technique is learned at genin level and follows similar rules for each rank. Genin can only use D-rank applications, chunin = C-rank, jounin = B-rank (upper) A-rank (lower and middle), Dragon/Head Ninja = A-rank (upper) S-rank (lower and middle), Master Ninja = All ranks.
Note: Genin and Chunin are required to use 5 to 3 hand seals respectively for any application’s external component. Jounin require one hand seal, Dragon/Head, and Master Ninja can use up to B-rank with no hand seals. Contact between user and opponent requires no hand seals.
Note: When using the external component of the Upper Dantian, using the A-ranked and above will render an opponent comatose after two turns. Upon using this advanced application either internally or externally the user will be unable to use any Neidan technique for the next two turns. Dragon Ninja and Head Ninja can use this application twice per battle and Master Ninja 3 times per battle.

Insolent witch!” the Paladin yelled out as the two techniques in question clashed with one another. Immediately, he also felt his focus start to become diminished but his own arrogance in his power simply made him ignore it. Swiftly as he flew to the ground, one would think he was diving straight for it but just moments before he land – he fixed his flight path to now be horizontally perpendicular to the terrain as he rushed after Mirabelle. “Now then! Let’s duel in the name of the Mother!” he said. He would take a deep breath; allowing him to activate the first Heavenly Breath. It didn’t affect his speed as he was still in flight but immediately he would appear before Mirabelle faster than she can track, plunging a kick into her stomach.

The blow would be intense, causing the woman to be sent skidding across the ground. This wasn’t the end however – as he immediately summoned forth a giant dragon composed of Yin and Water Release towards Mirabelle. “Will you continue to defy me? Or will you bend a knee to my decree?” he asked to Mirabelle, who was might be visible staggering at the moment.

( Shichi Tenkohō ) - Seven Heavenly Breaths

Description: The Seven Heavenly Breaths are a set of breathing exercises that gradually applies pressure to the lungs of the user, causing them to expand over several times their original size and therefore increase the amount of air they can hold. By being able to hold more air, the user becomes able to take in more oxygen to invigorate the body an increase the body's performance levels and energy expenditures way past that of their normal limits at the cost of their own physical health. Similarly to the Eight Inner Gates, this technique as the name suggests consists of several stages, or activations. Each activation is a fast process and can be done in mere moments up to the desired breath, but unlike the EIG, the user is unable to skip breath activation and must activate the 1st Breath and then continue.

Daiichi Kassei) The First Activation: The user initiates the First Activation, or 1st Breath, increasing the lungs' vital capacity, allowing them to take in much more air than the usual and subsequently more oxygen to help energize the body's cells. Upon activation the user's eyes immediately go completely white and a powerful yellow aura envelopes them. The user gains a 1.5x speed boost and +10 to Taijutsu.

Note: Seven Heavenly Breaths can only be used two times per battle and up to fourth activation and below the first time. After the first use, the user cannot use for at least 4 turns.
Note: Should the user let each activation time out naturally, he will feel the side effects of each. Each of the first 3 Activation lasts at max at 5 turns, the subsequent 3 lasts 4 turns and the last Breath lasts 2 turns

Description: A more powerful version of “Yin Release Hungry Ghost Technique.” Rather than the user arbitrarily adding their Yin Release chakra to a specific technique, the user will create a number of large, elemental dragons using any of the basic elements plus their Yin Release chakra. The user can create up to 5 serpentine dragons which, once created, can act independently according to the user’s will. Due to the user being able to manipulate multiple elements at once, each dragon created can be of a different nature. Each dragon will also have the absorption properties of “Hungry Ghost,” thus becoming even more dangerous. However, due to the massive amount of chakra and control needed to use these dragons, the user can only control two dragons at any given time. While the dragons are present, the user cannot use any Yang Release or elemental techniques that currently exist within the dragons. Yin Release masters can combine two natures together in order to make a multi-elemental dragon or even a dragon consisting of an advanced element or CE that they know. However, in doing so they will only be able to create two dragons.

His kick to her face was something she couldn’t track – causing Mirabelle to take some damage but immediately as she skids across the ground, she was fine for the most part. “She…” she said watching the dragon come to life. Instead of utilizing her own set of trump cards she would waste no time. Immediately at the last moment as the Phantom Dragon came in for the kill, Mirabelle would draw on the essence of Wuji, using it to enhance her body and swiftly avoid the dragon. She dashed from her right side, in a very linear path but then would dash towards the Paladin in question.

She would activate the fibers of her clothing as the glowed a bright light. She would Requip into more formal combat attire. Or more so formal to her standards, as she immediately rushed after him. Once in range, she would jump and perform a kickback his own face. If the impact was made, she would spring off his face and would land in front of him.

Let’s see if your dragon is anything compared to mine!” she said running after him now.

Description: Kumite refers to the free fighting style of Hayabusa Kobudo. Hayabusa hone their fighting style through the practice of kata (forms) and bunkai (application) which utilize the dantian and Neidan. Over the years, four essential kumite styles have come out of Hayabusa Kobudo that all Hayabusa must learn; Huquan, Shequan, Longquan, and Wuquan.

Huquan (Tiger Fist)

Hu Quan is the fundamental fighting form of Hayabusa Kobudo. The form is characterized as the most direct and offensive style of fighting. Hayabusa will use their lower dantian to draw physical essence from nothingness (Wuji) into their being. The essence drawn into the user’s being increases their physical speed, strength, and awareness allowing them to heightened feats of taijutsu. The user is able to perform taijutsu and other acrobatic movements at twice their normal speed as well as react to anything as long as it is within their range of sensory perception (five senses, taijin, etc). Alternatively, the user can move linearly three times their speed (chunin and above), however this level of movement cannot be maintained for longer than a single turn. As for their power, Hayabusa gain +20 to their taijutsu while using Huquan. The user can use Huquan fighting in successive turns depending on their rank which reflects their overall physical condition. Genin and chunin can only use Huquan for a single turn. Jounin and Head Ninja can maintain it for 2 successive turns. Dragon Ninja are able to maintain it for 3 turns at a time and Masters 4 turns. The drawback to Huquan is that, the user can only use lower dantian based techniques and non-elemental techniques while they are using this form. If used for more than two successive turns, the user becomes unable to use any lower dantian techniques for the number of turns over 2 they utilize this style. For those who are limited to two turns and below, they require a single turn cool down before re-use. Haquan can be used twice for genin - jounin, thrice for Head and Dragon Ninja, and four times for master ninja.

Note: Only one form at a time can be utilized.

Description: Requip is a unique brand of ninja technology namely used for those always on the move. Coming in the form of apparel; the user has the innate ability to have clothing that morphs and changes form in order to suit their needs. Within the fabric of the clothing – there exists specialized ninja technology that controls the strings and thus with the use of chakra can command it to take any form she desires. This can range from shifting from casual wear to combat ready clothing on the fly. It mimics any clothing the user may also have somewhere at home and even the coloration changes as well. This combines two aspects: the Henge no Jutsu and the morphing capabilities of the microfibers but the transformation is permanent until changed again. Transforming the clothing is passive and doesn’t take a move slot however needs – 5 per use to do so. While transforming a bright light is also emitted to prevent others from seeing the transformation until it fully forms if needed.

YES NOW THAT’S DEVOTION, SHOW IT NOW FOR THE ALL MOTHER INSTEAD!” he said after getting struck in the head. His body due to being composed of the vile mud was able to reduce the damage he took from her blow. He would ease back a bit, feeling the pain but as it came – it was nothing more than a searing reminder that he needed to kill the witch as another sacrifice to the Mother to return. He can her delusions of her voice calling out to him…so much so that he tapped into the Sea of Life once more. Having arms protrude from his back now, they are designed with the motion in mind for them to have their own autonomous movement.

Utilizing the one that grew from the left side of his body – it would immediately aim to strike down Mirabelle; while also he approached at high speeds. The dragon he unleashed before would come flying towards the Dragon Maiden as well. She was in a situation she didn’t think would come to her. The Paladin was no joke but there was one flaw that he wasn’t going to account for.

Only then will he see why he has failed the All-Mother…but never the less, this was the end of the line for the woman.

(Seimei no Umi: Jinsei no Tōtatsu) – Sea of Life: Long Reach of Life

Description: Derived from the Sea of Life, this technique allows the user to shape up to two autonomous arms from their backs. Formed from the Sea of Life itself, the arms possess a higher level of autonomy that allows the arms to operate entirely independent of the user but must remain attached to their back, siphoning chakra passively. The arms possess mid-range reach and, through the Sea’s extraordinary density, can smash physical obstacles, shatter bones, and overwhelm defenses with relative ease. The technique is naturally imbued with the Amino-Geis. Once per turn the arms can produce their own small blasts of Sea of Life material from their tips or hands, depending on how they are shaped. These blasts possess the same physical strength as the arms themselves. This technique can be used three times per battle, and last for three turns.

Her timing was…amazing one would say. Mirabelle heard the man continue to ramble on and on, but his thoughts and focus was diminishing the more time he spent exposed to her wuji. She however realized this alone wasn’t enough – thus she would release all of her techniques and at the very final moment she would disappear, erasing herself from existence. This would serve to not only release the spiritual hold and usage of the martial form but would allow her to reappear ten meters behind the man. The sheer timing alone made it impossible to dodge, allowing the dragon to crash into it’s master.

The would deal massive damage but this alone wasn’t enough; as Mirabelle would use her spear which still had the shape of a bisento blade in order to unleash another powerful wave towards the opponent in question.

Description: This is a jutsu based on using pure force alone to create devastating attacks. In this way the user will use their bisento as an extension of their own body swinging it as though it was an extra or extended limb. Using their chakra the user will swing the spear weapon using the momentum and range of it to their advantage, enhanced by their chakra for devastating strikes. What makes this unique is, the bisento will be swung with such force that it will release a directional, visible shock wave of sorts that is just to result of the motion, similar to the leaf dragon god technique playing on terms with any elemental attack. This wave will contain no chakra though, the chakra is within the users body to give them the strength to swing the bisento with such force.

He wasn’t done with her yet, immediately as he recovered – he would utilize his power of Kinjutsu to finally raise his army of the undead. The zombie horde would raise from the ground with the intentions of not only swallowing the woman whole but also to start his march into Tsumigakure. “You will all bend a knee to the will of the All-Mother! Pray and rejoice in her name!” he said.

Not only this but among his zombies – he would apply a curse to them. His rational thinking back again, he was able to come up with a plan. However, he needed to heal up before it was too late, as such he would quickly make an attempt to utilize the sea of life to his advantage. He would begin to restore his damaged body, though he didn’t really need to do this as he was more than confident in his ability to win this confrontation.

Description: This technique is called the "ultimate earth-element resurrection technique" because it focuses upon using the earth itself as a medium to revive corpses. By utilising soil in the local ground, the user can revive the fallen present there in one of two ways. The first version allows the user to seemingly continuously resurrect a large number of slain people as zombies, but with none of their rationality, physical prowess, or techniques at their disposal. They are fairly easy to destroy, capable of enduring little more than Taijutsu and D-Rank Ninjutsu. The amount of zombies raised is directly proportional to the chakra spent to search through the ground and awaken the corpse's remains. Some corpses may not be in a perfect state, being deteriorated or decomposed, in which case, earth will form the missing areas into functional parts. If the technique is deactivated either by the user or if the user is killed, the zombies will immediately turn to dust. The second version allows the user to bring a person back as a perfect resurrection, able to use all their skills from when alive, with the addition of a preset directive the person is forced to obey despite being consciously aware. Unlike the Impure World Reincarnation technique, the soul is not bound to the body nor can the user completely overcome the targets personality. In this case, the user needs access to both a large amount of chakra as well as the fresh, preserved corpse of the target. The limitation of this technique is that, while with Impure World Reincarnation one can summon the pre-prepared revived ninjas at any time and how many times one needs by summoning them, with this technique, the user can only use it once and cannot prepare it beforehand. This means that the user will either need to bring a sealed corpse and perform the technique in the midst of battle or perform it in a fallen enemy who will then be used for as long as is necessary. Another difference is that the revived ninja is not immune to damage and will not regenerate if damaged though injury is not enough to stop it and the corpse will continue to work and function while it has some way to do so. At any time, by performing a Snake hand seal and snapping their fingers, the caster of this technique releases the resurrected targets, turning them into loose soil.

Note: First version will produce how many corpses the user is willing to pay chakra for, all of which will last until destroyed.
Note: Second version can only be used in one corpse and requires access to a corpse which will not be usable anymore once the technique or the battle ends but that can last while chakra is fueled to sustain it or the technique is ended.

(Akaihoshi no Me) – Eye of the Red Star

Description: An enhance cast through the user’s body as an extension to their techniques by infusing a considerable amount of chakra into them, along with trace amounts of the Sea of Life, occurring within the same timeframe. This causes any technique of the user’s to be augmented with a curse that is cast through the Sea of Life. The curse, much like the tether formed through Hungry Ghost, forms a bond through traditional counters against the user’s techniques. When the user’s techniques either strike the opponent or a source of their chakra the curse will bind to it. Those afflicted will suffer from physically debilitating effects; their maximum health will be reduced by 10 points, all damage they receive will be increased by 10% if directly struck, and they must spend 10% increased chakra for all of their techniques, not counting as additional chakra input but simply strain on their reserves. The health reduction does not count as damage, it simply counts as a reduction in maximum reserves. When the tether is broken the opponent will receive their lost health back, not including any damage sustained in the time before then. Effects of Eye of the Red Star can stack per clash between techniques, amplifying the negative effects considerably. The tether effect of Eye of the Red Star can be blocked or broken through techniques that include Yin-Yang Release or Natural Energy of equivalent chakra to the technique used. The infusion of Red Star does not count toward additional chakra infusion, simply increased strain on reserves. This technique can be used four times per battle.
(Seimei no Umi: Genshitekina Sai Keisei) – Sea of Life: Primordial Reshaping

Description: This technique generates Sea of Life material through the user’s own veins, derived from Takauji Ashikaga’s use of Voidborne Corruption. The purpose of Primordial Reshaping is to, with a limited amount of Sea of Life, allow the user to flow it through their form and reshape their body to a limited degree. With this technique the user can grow in size, up to a maximum of twice their current size, or grow smaller. The user can grow additional limbs, or heal lost limbs. They can grow horns, tails, claws, wings to fly, or chitinous armor on their body. When activated, regardless of the changes that the user wills, their skin will turn a darker ash grey. The technique will heal the user for 80 health (40 per turn) and increase their speed by 3.0x for its duration, following the type of alteration they make. For example, if they grow stronger legs then the user will run faster. If they grow wings then the user will fly faster. This technique can be used two times per battle, once per opponent. It lasts for four turns and cannot be used once it expires for three turns.

Watching the zombies come from the ground, Mirabelle realized this was a sign of desperation possibly. There was hundreds of them…but she didn’t care, however she realized that this was her only chance at being able to kill him now. Immediate as the army came towards her – she would form the needed hand seals – causing a ring of plasma to form around the opponent in question – but also with an additional two hand seals she caused a gas to form.

This gas alone was enough to increase the power of the plasma, causing it to detonate. The lone spark was enough; causing the entire army to be destroyed but also before the Paladin can heal the damage, it it too would end his life. This however wasn’t the end of it as while she might have slain him, the curse he inflicted onto her caused Mirabelle’s health to further drop.

Shit…” she thought to herself for a moment…but regardless of this, the man was slain.

Description: Forming a set of 3 handseals, the user will focus their Fire chakra around the target, manifesting it around them in a formation which closely resembles the appearance of an atom. The structure itself is singular in nature, meaning that though the ring-like formations of fire around the target appear to be separate pieces, the entire technique is one whole and behaves as such. The atom itself spawns at short-range around the target, and then closes in at an alarming rate. Throughout the atom, volatile energy constantly pulsates throughout, causing it to pulse with light and heat at a constant rate. Once the atom completely converges on the target, which is done by it approaching within 1 meter of the opponent, heat will gather and concentrate in the center of the technique; which is also the location of the target. The heat will form itself into a ball of fire that rapidly expands to encapsulate the space within the atom. The orb of heat will explode once it completes the expansion and fills the atom, which will result in a localised (short-range) explosion that will easily eviscerate anything caught inside. Should the atom’s structure itself make direct contact with the opponent, they will be dealt major burns.

Description:
This is a unique technique utilising the flammable gas form of Katon similar to the canon Mist Blaze Dance jutsu. To begin the user will string two additional hand seals onto the performance of another jutsu. By doing so they will form a cloud of flammable and extremely volatile gas in an area chosen by the user and in an amount proportional to the first jutsu.

Alone this gas is harmless to any targets but due to its nature it is able to be ignited by any heat source in the area it is formed in, however slight it may be. For example any naked flame, heat present in sparks or generated through friction would be enough to ignite the gas and produce violently explosive results. The user can employ chakra control to angle the explosion away from the first jutsu to prevent any unwanted negative effects.

"Noooooooo!" the Paladin yelled, with his life coming to an end. The army was immediately reduced to nothing but dust, leaving only the woman behind. The helm and sword of the Paladin is all remained. Mirabelle would take them both as markings of her victory over the man, now heading back to the Badlands to meet with the Kage to collect her cash rewards.
