There is no reason for her to put kawaki as a pic if he is not mentioned or appeared.

It could happen. From the first panels of the first issues Boruto made it sound like they were friends at some point. Or at least civil. If he does appear I don’t think it will be as villain but an friend maybe?

I’m thinking Jougan is gonna make an appearance since they are fighting a Byakugan wielder. We shall see.
