OT: Naruto said that he will not subjugate and seal the beasts. They have a meeting place inside him and he has access to all their powers. There is no real reason to seal the beast inside him, unless he wants to become the new JJ

You can't seal more than one beast in a single person but you can have their chakra which will give you access to their powers. That meeting inside was due to tail beast chakra which teleported naruto into special place of tailed beast with the help of kuramas chakra also.

Yes for them also. Naruto never had them, he only had their chakra and madara has rinnegan, without it madara can't seal them inside him.
