All fanboyism aside 8 gates Guy is the strongest in Naruto. Speedwise he was bending space, Madara was useless against that speed and needed to shield himself(He would be obliterated without out the black stuff) No one in Naruto period can react to that kinda of speed blitz they would be slaughtered before they could even think. Naruto and Sauce don't have Madara's durability so night elephant blitz would end them and like i said before they could react(susanoo vs Kurama) it would be over. If Gai started off in eight gates right off the bat in any fight the enemy would be dead immedialty unless they have Juubi durability . A edo Gai if gates can be used would be unstoppable because he can not be tagged by any one in Naruto

Apart from the Otsusukis yes he is the strongest due to his footspeed. 8 Gates Gai would blitz his opponent plus he has attacks like the Evening Elephant and the Night Moth which will help him win.

Hagoromo Kaguya and Madz due to durabilty yes he would lose, But Naruto and Sauke would be dead before reacting. If gates were infinite he would stalemate Juubi Jin's because they simply couldn't touch him and if anything he would win because the damage he would be inflicting on them

Nope, they have more than the reflexes necessary to react, considering all Madara did was block and take the damage, considering that Naruto and Sasuke kept up with a stronger version of the Madara Gai lost to, and considering they both faced even stronger opponents afterwards - Kaguya and eachother - and were never actually blitzed during that time.

Both of them can react perfectly thanks to their Rikudou Chakra. Hell, BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke were reacting to JJ Obito, so of course half of Hagoromo's power would boost them way above that.
