8 Gates vs Kage

While Guy sensei entered the 8th gate it was said that the power even succeeded the kage. What do you guys think. Would the kage be defeated by this technique. Or would they just have another challenging battle against them.

Some of the Kage would be wrecked by the 8th gate, some won't.

They might can win, onoki enhancing A by making him lighter is damn near equal to ftg and ftg is faster than 8th gate gai not to mention 8th gate gai's movements were visible which means his speed isn't instant however the speed of his techs are nigh instant but like I said onoki and the raikage would survive the rest would die unless tsunade summons katsuya and hide in their until gai dies which is quite possible, in fact tsuande can hide all of them in katsuya.

He is not beating Onoki, who can gain high altitudes. He simply flies up and waits for the gate to run its course.

Not really. He obtains the power higher than that of the Kages. Meaning bigger jutsus and so on. However, doesn't mean he becomes a stronger shinobi. There are countless counters to 8th gate. Hence why it is a technique that is only used when there is no other point except to die.

In Dai's scenario - Either they all die or he dies and the kids live

In Gai's scenario - They were going to be killed either way, so might as well end big.

Funny thing is its been an utter fail both of the times.

He can run on air, Oonoki isn't getting away from anyone.

Well seeing that gai's father couldn't even manage to defeat the seven swordsmen of the mist, yet zabuza can get soloed by gato's henchmen in less than 3 minutes, I think I'll go with the Kage's

ftg is faster than gai so all the kage who are ftg users would survive by s/t teleportation. Hashirama can just use bringer of darkness and have every kage stomp gai's ass while he's caught in it or just wait it out while he's in it until he dies.

No kage I can think of even has a chance of living. They all die, and they all die fairly easily. That is, as long as they stay and fight, for example of course minato and tobirama can just leave the battlefield, but that's a little bit cheaty.

Tobirama and Minato both tried it on Maddy and were obliterated, Gai outsped Juubi jin Maddy. I think it's obvious that gai solo's any ftg user.
