I really think so because from what Kakashi says , Te chakra from the cloak is way more than 5 times what he originally had . He said kurama gave him chakra before he kamuied hachibi and that was 5 times . So
With the chakra cloak , it's at least 10 times. 10 times the power of the 7th gate and you got something that can shit on most people

If regular 7 gate guy is able to break susanoo (apparently) then 10+ times that power should at least be able to do some damage to een perfect susanoo or possibly the Kyuubi
