8 Gates is severely over-rated...

- Kills you when you use it.
- Doesn't last very long.
- Guy's dad used it against the seven swordsmen of the mist and they survived.
- Susanoo v3 tanks it with ease. (evening elephant is no where near as strong as a TBB)
- All someone has to do is trick him into thinking he's won. eg - wood clone, genjutsu, using a subsitute to show a death body (portrayed by Kisame, Itachi etc).
- Guy will get his ass pumped next chapter.
- All the strong characters would be able to counter it.

Yeah because 8 gates lasts for a long time...Or it has the same power as a TBB which destroyed a phucking city with 1 shot.

Against a Kage lvl ninja, he could win. Against Judara(Madara with control of the Juubi) its a tie so far. It is an extremely dangerous technique that only a few ninja were only able to use. Give Gai his props. No one else can fight with Madara at that lvl right now.

Guy done amazingly well, with minato's arms gone, guy is the only one who can do something. But be honest, without the help of rock lee, gaara, kakashi, minato stopping madara counter-attack (which would of killed guy) or ruining his defense...guy would of been toast.

How could it make Madara bleed then? Eight Gates' speed can't be countered easily, Guy's a ****ing beast when he moves at that speed. Even Kisame couldn't handle Guy's 7th Gate. Hirudora was enough to crush Madara's Susano'o and Rock Lee was able to bisect Madara in half. It can be said that Guy has more talent than his father when using the Eight Gates.
