I don't know where people got the Idea if your Sharingan is destroyed, Izanagi doesn't work. Danzo's body was completely crushed by Sasuke's Susano'o including his arm yet he still comes back with Izanagi.

Madara wins not only does he have Izanagi i don't believe Gai even have the power to completely destroy Susanoo Kurama. This did tank so of the explosion of 12tbb's and getting pounded by SS and only half of it was busted open. Also unstabilized PS tanked Kurama tbb without any damage.​

If Madara start with PS or PS Kurama he wins for sure, not sure that he wins if he start without it. All Madra has to do is survive and than he wins this match. With that being said, Madara need to use his best defence which is PS so Kurama isn't really needed here. Evening Elephant isn't going to break through PS so Guy must use Night Guy, and from this moment it dosen't even matter if he can break through PS and "kill" Madara, cause even if he does, Madara use Izangi and wins.
