Gai's jutsus can break any armor Naruto puts up . I really think 8 Gates gai can defeat Hokage Naruto.

Going by manga and movies Hokage Naruto never used any TSB in any chances.

Oh and now you want to give Hokage Naruto something he never used after VOTE2? He has no acceptable reason that could tell us on why he didn't use TSB after being a Hokage. The truth is he never used it. That mean we take that as his newest feat after being a Hokage. We can't so suddenly gives him something he never used as a Hokage even though going by logic he should still have it. TSB unlike Six Path jutsu not easily accessible without fulfilling set of requirement, here he need either Juubi or combination of all TB chakra+Six Path chakra to equal Juubi chakra.

In Sasuke its no different. Logically speaking he have access to all Path but only showed few of it. Also even though he never used any Rinnegan tech against Kinshiki or Mono or Shin, one thing is sure is Rinnegan tech is easily accessible without any requirement that need to be fulfilled. And we can only use all tech that Sasuke already used. We can't use possibility.

From all that Hokage Naruto can't use any tech he never used as a Hokage except his regular jutsu or the easily accessible one.
