It's important to note reaction time is completely different from speed. The only thing seen from Gates is increase in power and speed. We didn't actually see if he could react to speed. However, knowing reaction time is a response from signals processed by the brain when visualizing an event, the Gates would affect those responses, as two Gates are located on the brain.

So I would say he reacts to all, aside the Hiraishin marking, Rinne-teleport - the two are instantaneous.

I pretty much agree, except i don't see him reacting to Madara's Sage Art: Storm Release Light Fang attack as well, but i guess it was my mistake. I meant to place this technique in a closer range(something like 5meters). It's said to be faster than light and close to impossible to dodge, requiring boosted sage sensing for Naruto to dodge

The speed of light is far-fetched. Even if we were to assume it is the speed of light, Madara moves his head to aim and hit his opponent. So really, the one Gai is reacting to is Madara's head movements instead of the Jutsu itself. But as I said, databook have made multiple fetched hypes like that as well, and stated that no possibly way of defending it.

Edit: If it's from 5 meters, it would most likely hit him.

If so, then he stops at 6 (Just based on speed scaling off of Naruto)​

He fails to react to Amenotejikara. Both Madara and Naruto couldn't react to it fast enough and those two have the best Reaction feats in the entire series.

He can't react since double kamui > TSB and gai couldn't dodge TSB in canon

He can't react in time. What do you mean by no rikudou powers? Rinnegan teleportation is a rikudou power.

He can't dodge Indra arrow from a 5 meter range, and double kamui and rinne teleportation are already on the list.

Gai dodges all ned diff hes a taijutsu master and thus gives him superior dodging skills and reaction, mainly cause hes a master at dodging attacks with his body anyway

He reacts to everything except for 4/8, 9, & 10.

4 & 8 Are the same thing since even with rikudou chakra obito/kakashi's kamui speed only doubled, meaning kakashi matched a rikudou enhanced kamui from obito, meaning rikudou chakra doesn't increase it's speed.
